AMY GARDNER

Producer / Executive / Writer

Amy set up Finite Films & TV in 2007. She produces, executive produces and develops feature films, documentaries and TV series, as well as helping new writing and directing talent get off the ground.

NIGEL HASTINGS

Script Consultant / Editor

Nigel Hastings has been working in script and writer development for over 20 years. He started out at Soho Theatre Company before joining BBC Drama and has developed scripts for a wide range of companies including Pathé Films, Scott Free, Creative England, BBC Films, Embargo, Element Pictures, CBBC, Intermedia Films, Sonia Friedman Productions, Spice Factory, Lucky Giant, Channel 4 and NBC Universal.

PAULA CRICKARD

Producer

Paula has over 30 years’ experience across the film, gaming and tech industries, debuting as an award-winning documentary director with Northern Visions in Belfast. She has held roles with leading companies such as Killer Films (NYC), Elle Driver & Wild Bunch (Paris) and Millennium Media (LA) and has worked as producer and post-production supervisor on over 45 feature dramas and documentaries, including Terry Gilliam’s The Man Who Killed Don Quixote and action franchise The Expend4bles.

CHIARA GIAVARINI

Producer

Chiara has a proven track record of producing award-winning short films. Her collaborative work alongside Finite Films’ alumni and BAFTA-nominated producer Louise Palmkvist Hansen on various projects has further solidified her reputation in the industry. With a wealth of experience in overseeing productions across a spectrum of budgets, from micro to mid-level, Chiara currently plays a pivotal role in co-producing all of our in-house projects.

PADDY HUGHES

Creative Director

Paddy is a BAFTA-nominated director and producer with 20 years’ experience across TV, SVOD, digital and branded content. He has a strong record of taking pilots to series, notably for BBC3. Credits include Eating With My Ex, Jack & Dean of All Trades, and work for BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Disney and major global brands worldwide on television and digital platforms.

BEN MCGRATH

Scripted Development Executive

Ben is an experienced drama executive and story producer. As Head of Drama for Three River Fiction, he executive produced the thriller Dead and Buried for BBC1 NI and Virgin Media. ​He also identified the IP for and executive story produced Trackers for HBO, ZDF, and M-Net. Ben co-created the British-Nordic crime thriller Reyna, shortlisted at Content London​ in 2025. Previously, he worked in script development for ITV and Granada, and wrote stories for over a thousand episodes of ​long-running ITV series Emmerdale.
